BIOGRAPHY

 

Pignatta creates exraordinary household items. These “crazy ceramics,” as she calls them, are all unique, minutely hand-crafted pieces.

Each one, with its finely sculpted flowers, scrolls, elves …. tells a story worthy of the greatest fairy tales.

The artist herself uncannily resembles her strange characters. The tales she invents in the course of their creation form an integral part of the Pignatta universe, whose enchanted atmosphere strongly permeates her studio.
